Our own on-prem platform runs around the clock on a single mini PC (Intel Core i5, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB NVMe) with Proxmox, using the same practices we bring to clients. This website is served from it.

Real messages from a self-healing test. The LLM can only choose from allow-listed actions (start, restart, clean caches), each rate-limited and verified; anything else is escalated to a human.
Network-wide DNS
Every device resolves through our own Pi-hole DNS, which blocks ads and trackers and falls back automatically if it's ever down.
Reverse proxy & HTTPS
One entry point, Zoraxy, gives every service a clean name and a wildcard Let's Encrypt certificate.

Films and shows streamed to TVs and phones, with Intel Quick Sync hardware transcoding up to 4K HDR.

Phone photos back up automatically, with AI search by face and object, kept on our own hardware, not someone else's cloud.

One page that shows every service, whether it's healthy and what it's doing right now.
Secure remote access
Private services are reachable from anywhere over Tailscale, and public sites go out through a Cloudflare Tunnel, so no ports are opened on the router.
Self-maintaining
Every container and the Proxmox host update themselves at 3 AM, and restart only when a new kernel needs it.
Home automation
Home Assistant runs locally as one control centre for smart lights, plugs, TVs and speakers, and works alongside Alexa and Google Home.
Self-healing with an LLM
n8n checks every service every five minutes. When something breaks, an LLM reads the logs and picks a fix from a safe allow-list; the platform applies it, verifies it and reports on Telegram.
